A DEPOSIT OF $200.00 IS DUE TO HOLD AND CONFIRM. THIS DEPOSIT IS NONE REFUNDABLE, BUT IN EVENT OF A
CANCELLATION THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO FUTURE EVENTS. ALL RESERVATIONS AND AGREEMENTS ARE MADE UPON,
AND SUBJECT TO, THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF LA FINESTRA RISTORANTE AND THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. LA FINESTRA ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCIDENT OR INJURY THAT OCCURS WHILE YOUR GROUP IS USING THE
CATERING SERVICES OF LA FINESTRA, OR AT THE CATERING SITE, NOR ANY PROPERTY BROUGHT INTO OR LEFT ON THE
PREMISES. YOU WILL HOLD LA FINESTRA HARMLESS FOR ALL CLAIMS OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR OCCURRING DURING
YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES AND THE CATERING SITE.
2. IN ARRANGING FOR PRIVATE FUNCTIONS, THE ATTENDANCE MUST BE DEFINITELY SPECIFIED AT LEAST THREE WORKING
DAYS IN ADVANCE. THIS NUMBER WILL BE CONSIDERED A GUARANTEE NOT SUBJECT TO REDUCTION AND CHARGES WILL BE
MADE ACCORDINGLY. IF THE GUARANTEE IS NOT GIVEN THREE DAYS IN ADVANCE, LA FINESTRA RISTORANTE WILL CONSIDER
THE LAST ESTIMATED NUMBER THE GUARANTEE AND WILL CHARGE ACCORDINGLY.
3. ALL CHARGES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT, UNLESS PRIOR
CREDIT ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH LA FINESTRA RISTORANTE.
